Brand South Africa
Wrote their weekly Global South Africans Newsletter for 18 months, aimed at South African expats living in the UK, spreading good news, inspiring the spirit of “Ubuntu” and encouraging the diaspora to be active champions of South Africa.
Arranged a few networking events in London for Brand South Africa including events at the SA High Commission on Trafalgar Square - and a joint competition with SAA which grew the Global SA database to its 5 year target in one month.

Assisted with doing freelance PR for Pugdundee’s eco-friendly tiger lodges in India
Africa Collection
Freelance PR including a marketing proposal which won them a £25k marketing grant from the Tourist Board.
Tembe Elephant Park - Zululand, South Africa
PR and marketing for 2 years, based in Durban. Responsibilities included all PR, advertising, brochure design and distribution, travel agent sales calls and exhibiting at trade shows like Indaba and consumer shows such as Getaway. Assisted with reservations as well as relief lodge management, hosting guests when the camp managers were off.
