Asante Sana … a word of thanks from the team at Bushtops…

“Of all the international accolades, an award from Condé Nast Traveler is up there with the most prestigious, so when it came to their listings for the Best World Resorts, we really, really hoped that at least one of our camps would make it into the top tier.

We are still reeling with delight. All three Bushtops camps are in the Top 15 – with two in the Top 10! This isn’t a ranking of safari camps – it covers all resorts, worldwide. To have all our safari locations this highly ranked is unprecedented. It’s simply amazing!

So how did it happen?

First off (no false modesty here) we set and maintain the very highest of high standards. If you’ve visited us, you’ll know that the accommodation is first class, the food is haute cuisine, the trucks are the best safari vehicles on earth and (most importantly) we find, train and retain absolutely brilliant people - from guides and spotters to camp staff, some visible superstars, but with many others working wonders behind the scenes.

Yet what’s really earned us the laurels in the Condé Nast listings is our guests. It was your/their votes which made all the difference. We strain every sinew to ensure people leave Bushtops with smiles on their faces. It’s wonderful to know that this translates into such enthusiastic support and testimonies.

Thank you so very much to anyone reading this who contributed. It means the world to us and we are simply bursting with pride to have – let me write it down again – all three of our camps rated as among the very best places to stay anywhere across the globe. Wow!”
